If being royal is so extraordinary, why do the royals want to be ordinary?
Being royal is clearly not all it is cracked up to be. Gilt here and there. Liveried footmen abound. Church bells ring on your birthday. Red...

Has it really been 9 years? Wow.
I was walking into a grocery store with my sister and everyone was just standing around, like in shock. Some where shaking their heads. My sister and I over heard what people where saying. It was a very sureal momment for me.
Was it nine years ago? Oh my gosh. I remember so much about the coverage, but I honestly can't remember where I was when I heard the news. But I think of how long ago that was - my eldest was only about 10 months old.
I'll be honest, I don't know where I was when I first heard. I do remember being surprised at the news, but not much else in the way of emotion.
9 years! How does time fly. Well, that time everyone around me used to say that it was a conspiracy. I did not buy this theory and that is why some of my friends used to debate with me almost everyday. Anyway, it was a very sad and tragic event.
I can't believe it's been nine years already. I think I was at the hospital with my mom as she had been diagnosed with bone cancer.
I remember pretty well. My band had a gig that night, and I came home with my soon-to-be wife watching TV. She had grown up in England, and she was pretty upset.
For some reason, I was surprised it happened only nine years ago. I don't remember the circumstances surrounding my hearing the news. Of course, I don't remember what I had for breakfast so that's not too surprising.
I do remember feeling sad for her sons.
